On May 22, our institute held a professional promotion seminar on the pilot teaching mode reform of Vocational Education in China and Germany. Four majors, electrical automation technology, mechanical design and manufacturing, mold design and manufacturing, and Internet of things application technology, participated in the pilot. Principal Yang Jinsong attended the meeting.
Sun Chunhui, director of electrical automation technology, introduced that the pilot project will take "project carrier" and "teaching implementation" as two major starting points, solve the problem of "what to learn" by designing teaching projects, integrating course content, dividing learning modules and decomposing task objectives, solve the problem of "how to teach" by designing teaching process, selecting appropriate teaching methods, organizing classroom teaching and reflecting on problems and improvement. Students can not only acquire professional knowledge and skills, but also master methods and strategies. They can independently take charge of or cooperate with others to complete tasks and solve problems, so as to meet the needs of future career development.
He Tao, who is in charge of the Internet of things application technology major, introduces the implementation path of the pilot project from five aspects, that is, to reorganize the existing curriculum content with progressive project design, to replace branch teaching with joint lesson preparation teaching, to carry out guided teaching with students as the main body, to organize students to study in groups and strengthen students' ability training and innovation training, and to carry out comprehensive quality evaluation in teaching evaluation.
Cheng Chang and Xu Ziming, who are in charge of mechanical design and manufacturing and mold design and manufacturing, introduced that the pilot project will take improving students' product digital design and manufacturing ability as the main training objective, and the selection of teaching carrier should use existing equipment and teachers as much as possible, and curriculum design must be integrated into the application of new professional technology. Through the introduction of new technology, the ability training of students shows a progressive trend.
The participants discussed the core elements of teaching reform, the design of project carrier, the formation of teachers' team, the preparation of integrated teaching place, the current difficulties and the future development direction.
Yang Jinsong listened to everyone's discussion and speech, pointed out that we should take the pilot professional promotion of the reform of the teaching mode of Vocational Education in China and Germany as the starting point, solidly promote the reform of "teaching staffs, teaching materials, teaching methods", optimize the structure of teachers' ability, build a structured teaching innovation team in line with the needs of project-based and modular teaching, develop a new type of loose leaf and work manual with the project as the carrier and carry on the teaching materials based on action oriented theory and practice. He stressed that we should do a good job in the pilot promotion of German vocational education teaching mode, help to promote the "863 Plan" and implement the "30 core indicators", and further promote the quality of talent training in our school.
