On May 7, 2018, the 11th National Vocational Skills Competition started in Tianjin, China. Among the matches there is a special one intended for the Fifth International Vocational Colleges Skills Competition, which two international students named DAVLIATOV AKHMAD and SHUBIN DOVUD from Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology (CZIIT) participated in and performed remarkably.
In the competition, the candidates from eight countries including China, Russia, Pakistan, and India were supposed to demonstrate their mechanical and electrical integration skills. The two handsome guys caught many journalists’ eyes as soon as they appeared. Their work, whether wiring or assembly, proved to be in perfect unison, whose excellent performance drew the attention of such media as Sohu, Tianjin vocational education & adult education network, and sublime words Education (WeChat public address of the new media of MOE of the People’s Republic of China).
This competition has enabled international students in CZIIT to experience the advanced manufacturing industry in China, at the same time, promote a deeper understanding of the spirit of Chinese model workers and craftsmen. After the competition, the two international students expressed their efforts to study professional skills more earnestly and strive to serve their own countries armed with professional skills which are being practiced in China, thus doing their bit to help improve the cooperation and exchanges of the countries along the Belt and Road.
